This was a commission piece for a couple of collectors in Bismarck, ND. Here is the symbolism/meaning behind the painting: The dominant color throughout the painting is red. The color red is associated with happiness, optimism, strength, masculinity, dynamism, mobility, passion and is associated with people who live their lives with a tremendous amount of intensity. The contrasting shades of blue were chosen for parts of the painting because the color blue is associated with spirituality, devotion, justice, rationality, tranquility, and contentment.
